Pilates by Carleigh is an intentionally small private studio offering personalized, one-on-one training in a calm, focused setting.

Sessions are thoughtful, progressive, and tailored to your body and your season of life.

Every 55-minute session is designed around your goals — whether that’s building strength, navigating pregnancy or postpartum, reducing pain, or simply feeling more capable and connected in your body.

Availability is limited to ensure each client receives dedicated attention and a consistent experience.

Reserved Membership

The most consistent way to train at PBC.

Reserved Membership is designed for clients who value structure, rhythm, and having a guaranteed place in the studio each week.

When you become a Reserved Member, your recurring weekly appointment is reserved exclusively for you. No competing for time slots. No rebooking each week.

This structure supports steady progress and a seamless experience.

Membership capacity is intentionally limited.

• Limited rollover privileges

• Up to two scheduled pauses per year (up to two weeks each)

Rollover Policy

Up to 2 unused sessions may roll over at any given time.

Rollover sessions must be used within 30 days.

Rollover sessions do not accumulate beyond the 2-session cap.

This keeps scheduling balanced and ensures availability for all members.

Flexible Sessions

For clients who prefer more flexibility in their schedule, Pilates by Carleigh offers single sessions and a 5-session series without a recurring weekly appointment.

Flexible sessions work well for those with changing schedules or those who prefer to book sessions occasionally rather than committing to a reserved weekly time.

How Flexible Scheduling Works

Flexible clients may book sessions 7–14 days in advance, depending on availability.

You may continue booking your preferred time if it is open, however that time is not held or guaranteed beyond the two-week booking window.

    1x Per Week

    4 Sessions Per Month: $460/month

    ($115 per session)

    2x Per Week

    8 Sessions Per Month: $840/month ($105 per session)

    3x Per Week: 12 Sessions Per Month

    $1,200/month ($100 per session)

    Member Add-On Sessions

    Reserved Members may add additional sessions within the month at:

    $115 per session

    (Subject to availability.)

  • For clients who prefer flexibility without a recurring appointment.

    Single Session: $135

    5 Session Series: $625 ($125 per session)

    *Series clients may book up to 14 days in advance and do not include a reserved weekly time or rollover privileges.

  • 3 Private Sessions

    $295

    A personalized introduction to the Pilates by Carleigh approach.

    This series allows us to assess movement patterns, establish goals, and begin building your individualized program.
