The Pilates by Carleigh Prenatal Method is a thoughtfully designed 6-week small group series that blends targeted Pilates movement, breathwork, alignment education, and birth prep into one holistic experience. Each class helps you feel stronger, more connected to your changing body, and empowered as you move toward labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
Led by Carleigh Blonigan, a certified Pilates instructor with over 13 years of experience and a mom of two, this series goes beyond “just exercise.” It’s a space to move with intention, learn about your body, and feel supported by a community of other expecting moms.
In This Series, You’ll:
Build deep, functional strength and stability using Pilates-based movement
Learn how alignment influences baby positioning and labor ease
Practice breathwork and movement techniques to support labor and delivery
Explore how to manage common discomforts during pregnancy
Connect with others in a safe, welcoming space

Length: 6 weekly in-person sessions
Location: Pilates by Carleigh at Whizin Market Square, Agoura Hills
Ideal For: Second trimester, but open to all trimesters (except those near due date)
